Help for domain customers |
eHost customers come in many different varieties. Our new platform upgrade affects each of them differently, especially when it comes to managing domain names. Find yourself on the chart below for suggestions about how to proceed, or enter your domain name in our domain management wizard to be taken directly to your management tool.

The quickest and easiest way to manage your domain(s) is through the new Members Area. Once you login, you'll see a Domain Dashboard icon at the bottom of the page.
Click on the Domain Dashboard icon. Once you arrive in the Domain Dashboard interface, you can use the links there to register a domain, buy domain credits to extend a domain, customize your DNS, transfer/repoint a domain and more.

As a result of the platform upgrade, we now require a username, rather than an e-mail address, to login to the Domain Dashboard. You should have received an e-mail that included the username for your account. If you do not have access to that e-mail, you can request your username through the new Domain Dashboard login page.
Once you arrive in the Domain Dashboard interface, you can use the links there to manage your domains, register a new domain, buy domain credits to extend a domain, customize your DNS, transfer/repoint a domain and more.
